„Inner Birthing: a Yoga based course for Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond” is a course developed by Elizabeth Lee, an American midwife and yoga teacher living and working in Greece, where she ran „The One World Children’s Circle,” a Neohumanist Early Childhood Education program, and prenatal courses at the Neohumanist Center. She now conducts training of trainers sessions internationally to multiply the best practices she developed in Greece.
AEN hosted an introductory session in August 2012, and plans to continue collaborating with Elizabeth in order to offer „Inner Birthing” classes in Bucharest for pregnant mothers and newborn infants. The course includes yoga-based stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises, proven to facilitate easier childbirth, as well as training in infant massage.
